Terms of Trade & Export Conditions

All international commercial agreements, quotations, and container shipments executed by Techsteck Solutions (“Seller”) are governed by the following baseline commercial principles unless superseded by a formal bilateral sales contract.

1. Nature of Quotations & Price Validity

Agricultural commodities are subject to spot price variations based on harvest yields, mandi auctions, foreign exchange rates, and container freight indices. Written quotations issued by Techsteck Solutions remain valid strictly for the timeframe specified in the commercial quote sheet (typically 24 to 72 hours). Techsteck Solutions does not display or honor public retail pricing.

2. Quality & Specifications

Consignments are prepared in accordance with the specific parameters (purity percentage, moisture maximums, mesh size, foreign matter limit, and Sortex grade) agreed in the proforma invoice or sales confirmation. Official pre-shipment sampling and testing reports by accredited independent inspection bodies (e.g., SGS, Eurofins, or Geo-Chem) may be requested prior to container sealing.

3. Port of Loading & Incoterms

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the primary port of loading for containerized consignments is Mundra Port (Gujarat, India). All trade definitions follow ICC Incoterms® 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW).

4. Payment & Documentation

Standard payment conditions require a 30% advance deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable against transmission of clean on-board Bill of Lading (B/L) copy and export shipping documents. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC at Sight) from prime international banks are acceptable subject to credit approval.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, maritime embargoes, port strikes, quarantine prohibitions, or government regulatory restrictions.
